Your mission
- Customer Communication: Handle technical and commercial inquiries from international customers via email and ticket system
- Support: Assist developers, IT security managers, and product managers with integratio and usage of our solution
- Documentation: Maintain our knowledge base and create technical guides
- Process Optimization: Support automation of customer processes and development of internal tools
- CRM & Data: Maintain customer data and document activities in the CRM system
- Security Topics: Participate in security assessments and data privacy inquiries

Your profile
- Studies: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or Cybersecurity
- Communication: Good German and English written and verbal skills
