Who we are
Your mission
- Lead Qualification: You support the research and qualification of leads in the B2B SaaS environment
- Sales: You build relationships with potential customers, conduct product demos, and help them find the right solution for their use case
- Proposal Preparation: You assist in preparing proposals and sales materials
- Customer Support: You support existing customers and assist with upselling activities
- Market Analysis: You research market developments, competitors, and potential target customers
- CRM Management: You maintain customer data and sales pipelines in our CRM system
- Reporting: You create sales reports, forecasts, and analyze KPIs
- Process Optimization: You contribute to improving our sales processes

Your profile
- Studies: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Numerical Aptitude: Confident handling of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
- Work Style: Structured, goal-oriented, and independent
- Personality: Outgoing with an interest in B2B sales
- Nice-to-have: German language skills, initial experience with CRM systems or sales processes
