Your mission
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you are the driving force behind operational sales and business development.
You work closely with the team to actively drive growth—from identifying new market potential and directly approaching potential customers to building long-term business relationships.
The focus is on hands-on sales execution: you consistently implement ideas, independently develop new acquisition approaches, and take responsibility for specific sales initiatives and projects. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to strengthening our market presence and continuously expanding our partner and customer network.
- Holistic support and implementation of sales initiatives: From the idea to the successful conclusion
- Proactive new customer acquisition: Identification, approach, and acquisition of new B2B customers via digital channels, telephone, and personal contacts
- Implementation of outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, events, and partner networks
- Lead qualification and development in close coordination with management and marketing
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking events to establish new contacts and actively respond to market trends
- Creating and optimizing sales materials, presentations, pitch decks, and outreach sequences for effective customer engagement
- Analyzing market and competitive data to identify new target groups and opportunities
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to incorporate market feedback directly into our growth strategy
